- A Road Map for a Calumet Region National Heritage Area (2014)
- Created a plan for the Calumet Heritage Partnership Board, the Chicago Field Museum, and regional partners to pursue National Heritage rea designation in the Calumet Region of northwest Indiana and northeast Illinois.
- North Woods and Waters of the St. Croix National Heritage Area (2011-2014)
- Designated the community engagement process, the facilitate the National Heritage Area feasibility study process for 18 counties in the St. Croix River watershed in Wisconsin and Minnesota. The project included collaboration with the Heritage Initiative Task Force, the St. Croix Valley Foundation, the Northwest Regional Planning Commission of Wisconsin, and the National Parks Service.
- Mississippi Delta National Heritage Area Management Plan (2012-2014)
- Participated in developing the management plan for the Mississippi Delta National Heritage Area, Mississippi. Point HDC led historical and cultural components of the project and facilitated community engagement.
- Telling Guilford’s Story – A Report on Interpretation and Signage (2013)
- Conducted community and stakeholder workshops for the Guilford Preservation Alliance, and developed thees and an interpretive framework for the 400-year old community of Guilford, Connecticut.
- Gullah Geechee Cultural Heritage Corridor (2008-2013)
- Led three board development and implementation workshops for the Gullah Geechee Cultural Heritage Corridor Commission. The Cultural Heritage Corridor is located along the Atlantic coast from northern Florida to North Carolina.
- Lackawana River Heritage Trail Guide (2011-2014)
- Developed interpretation including a trail guide and signage for the Lackawanna River Heritage Trail, Lackawanna Valley National Heritage Area, Pennsylvania.
- A Plan for the P.S. 103 – Thurgood Marshall’s Elementary School (2009-2013)
- Facilitated a National Historic Landmark workshop and spearheaded the development of a historical study, historic structure report, and interpretive plan for the Public School 103, Thurgood Marshall’s elementary school, Baltimore National Heritage Area, Maryland.
- Eastern North Carolina National Heritage Area Feasibility Study (2010-2012)
- Produced a national heritage area feasibility study for 40 counties in eastern North Carolina.
